We worked closely with our client to create a coastal home that reflected their unique style, was functional– but also took risks by integrating some unique design elements. Our design philosophy for this project was to create a serene + inviting space that was beautiful, comfortable, and showcased design aesthetics that were inspired by the majestic surroundings of Laguna’s Ocean views and contrasting dramatic natural rock faces. 

As a complete gut renovation, we adjusted the layout to create better flow, views and utility within the floor plan. Our clients' love functionality and simplicity in their daily routine so we incorporated Smart Home tech to maximize everyday life. Unique features in this home also include custom designed cabinetry for storage as a strategic space-saving technique to maximize living space with floating vanities to keep the design light, airy, and uncluttered. For us, the star of the show was most definitely the custom designed wood slat wall panels disguised as hidden doors to hide the HVAC and W&D. As one of our favorite design features, we felt it really helped set the tone of the finished space.
